Welcome to Sigmanrg.com ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.sigmanrg.com ("Website") and your relationship with us. By using our Website and/or ordering products from this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

General Use

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website.

• You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Website.

• You agree to age verification and providing the necessary information to our age verification provider, failure to do so in the given timeframe (up to 7 days) will result in your order being cancelled and an administration fee (which may vary depending on the order value) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

• Where you have asked us to provide a restricted product or service, you consent to allow us to share your information with, and collect information from, Shopify as well as third-party providers of identity data that supply your information to our payment gateway providers. This consent is necessary for our payment gateway providers and age verification providers to verify that you meet the minimum age and identity verification requirements as determined by relevant and regional age restriction and other legislations. You consent to allow us, Shopify, our payment gateway providers and age verification provider to retain relevant data for the purpose of future verifications.

Products and Services

The products and services available on this Website are intended for personal, non-commercial use. We take care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the Website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your age verification has been successfully completed as well as your payment being approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

Delivery of Goods

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please try not to receive or sign for an item that is visibly damaged. Please note, should any product be received 'Dead on Arrival' (DOA) we request that you contact customer service immediately on the email address provided below.

Damaged or faulty item claims will be processed within 5 working days of notification, as will shortfalls in the order. We will refund the Buyer the cost of returning the goods to us through the use of Royal Mail recorded delivery only. We will not be held responsible for goods that are lost in the post on their return. Damaged items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

All goods that are being returned must be re-packed to the same standard of protection as when the Buyer received them. Returned goods that are damaged in transit due to poor packaging will NOT be refunded, and will be returned to the Buyer, at the Buyer’s cost.

All returns must be accompanied by a Returns Authorisation Form fully completed, including the Buyers Full Name and Address (This is the name appearing on the Invoice under 'INVOICE/DELIVERY ADDRESS') a daytime contact number, the Invoice Number, and a brief description of the situation that needs to be resolved. A Returns Authorisation Form can be obtained by sending an email to: uk.orders@sigmanrg.com 

Missing or Lost Goods

If goods ordered are not received and deemed to be lost in transit or the shipment does not contain all the goods ordered, you should notify SigmaNRG™ within 14 days of placing your order for replacement goods to be sent. SigmaNRG™ will investigate lost packages with its courier partner(s). No claim for lost goods can be accepted outside of this time limit.

Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

You may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days, during which you have the right to cancel your purchase for any reason. Please note that if you receive the goods and they have been opened, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By consenting to SigmaNRG™ Messaging App marketing in the checkout and initialising a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any do-not-call lists. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your service provider. Message and data rates may apply.
