How quickly do SigmaNRG™ strips dissolve?

On average our premium nicotine strips dissolve in 60 seconds or less when placed on or under the tongue, or on the roof of your mouth, delivering immediate satisfaction.

How many strips come in each pack of SigmaNRG™?

Each premium pack contains 20 strips, individually sealed for freshness and convenience.

How should I store my SigmaNRG™ strips?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration required. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

How long does each SigmaNRG™ strip last?

Each strip is effective for between 2-3 hours, though individual experiences may vary and the effects could be shorter or last longer depending on your tolerance and nicotine consumption habits.

Are SigmaNRG™ strips suitable for everyone?

SigmaNRGTM Premium Nicotine Strips are designed for adult use only (18+). Not recommended for pregnant women, those who are breastfeeding or those with medical conditions. Consult your doctor if unsure before ordering and/or consumption.

SYNAPS by SigmaNRGTM is suitable for Adults and those aged between 12 - 17 years should not take more than 2 strips per day because of the presence of caffeine.

Shipping

Where do you currently ship to?

We currently ship to mainland UK. EU and International shipping will be available in selected regions as they open up with their country / region specific eCommerce sites.

How long does shipping take?

UK mainland orders are typically delivered within 2-3 business days. Express delivery is available at an additional cost and will depend on location. You can select this option at checkout for next-day delivery when ordered before 2 PM. (Or as per delivery partner guidelines)


Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to public holidays, adverse weather conditions or issues with the courier / delivery partner – these are elements outside of our control.

How can I track my order status?

When your order is successfully placed, you'll receive immediate confirmation in two ways:

  1. An 'Order Confirmed' page with your unique reference number
  2. A detailed confirmation email

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping notification email with tracking details.

Can I modify my order or delivery address?

SigmaNRG™ processes orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery. Our fulfilment center may or may not be able to process change of deliveries as part of their policies. We can certainly try on your behalf. Please be aware, however, that additional charges will apply in accordance to the fulfillment center and delivery partner’s policies. Here's our modification policy:

Just Placed Your Order?

  • Contact us immediately with your order number
  • Provide the new delivery details
  • We'll inform the fulfillment center
  • If the items are out for delivery then the order cannot be modified
  • If the items have not been despatched then the delivery partner may be able to modify the order, however additional charges will apply

Requirements for Changes:

  • Order number
  • New shipping address
  • Your contact information

Already Dispatched? If you've received a shipping confirmation:

  • The package will continue to its original destination
  • Once returned to us, we can redirect to your new address but please note that additional charge will apply

Returns

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns once packages are opened.

My order arrived incomplete / items were incorrect?

If your order arrived incomplete or there was a mistake, please use the contact us form on the right or via WhatsApp using the icon on the bottom right of the site. Please ensure you quote your order number and stating what the problem is. A member of our team will be in touch, and we will endeavour to resolve the issue. Please note that our team may request additional information from you if needed. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response.

My items arrived broken or damaged, what do I do?

Please contact us immediately , please use the contact us form on the right or via WhatsApp using the icon on the bottom right of the site if the items arrive to you damaged. If we are not notified within 24 hours of arrival that a product is damaged, we may not be able to help. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response.

Ordering & Payment

Do you offer subscriptions?

At present we do not offer a subscription option. However, we are working with our technology partners to have something in place in due course.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay for secure, convenient transactions. Certain card fees may be applicable.
Please note that we use Viva Wallet as our payment gateway, in the event they decide to remove or suspend payment methods this would undoubtedly be out of our

When will out-of-stock items be available?

At SigmaNRG™, we maintain careful inventory management to ensure consistent availability of our premium products. However, during periods of high demand, certain flavours may temporarily become unavailable.

Stay informed about restocks:

  • Click the "Notify Me" button on any out-of-stock item
  • Receive immediate notification when back in stock
How can I cancel my order?

At SigmaNRG™, we process orders swiftly to ensure rapid delivery. Here's what you need to know about cancellations:

Same-Day Orders:

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed and shipped the same day
  • For cancellation, contact us immediately
  • Include your order number for fastest response

Cancellation Methods:

  • Email: uk.orders@sigmanrg.com
  • Refunds can take up to 14 days once we receive the returned item. The item must not be opened or damaged in order to process the refund.
