- Products must be in resalable condition (no tears, marks or visible damages)
Important: For your safety and in accordance with health regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed products.
Order Discrepancies

- Keep the product in its original condition
- Our team will endeavour to provide a resolution
- Replacement shipping is at our expense

Delivery Issues
In the unlikely event your order doesn't arrive:
- Notify us within 14 days of dispatch confirmation, email us on uk.orders@sigmanrg.com
- Provide your order reference
- We'll initiate a tracking investigation
- In the event the product is lost in transit by the courier, we will update you on their response and thereafter resend a new product to you as soon as we can
